I am a proud Graduate of the University of Cincinnati, long time member of the Central Ohio community, Life Loyal Sigma Chi, and a complete COLLEGE FOOTBALL ADDICT! I do everything that I do so that my loving wife, Brandie, and my two active sons, Hunter and Dawson are proud of who I am and the way I approach each new day. I strive every day to be better than I was yesterday, treat everyone with dignity and respect, and hope to bring a light of joy and humor to everyone I encounter.

Paul Ballinger – Vice President of client services
Paul has over 37 years of experience in broadcast sales and sales management and was previously Director of Sales at WBNS-TV in Columbus. Following graduation from The Ohio State University, he spent two years in radio sales in Cleveland getting started in the business with a Top 40 Station. Besides his 35 years in Sales and Sales Management at both WBNS Radio and TV, Paul was the In-Booth Producer of the Ohio State Football Radio Network in the early 90’s. Paul’s passion is helping clients WIN! There’s no better feeling than seeing a client get results from an advertising or marketing campaign. Paul resides in Dublin, OH with his wife Jennifer and their Golden Retriever Bogey.

I’m a proud alum of Otterbein & West Virginia University. Just a Mountaineer living in Buckeye country and an avid supporter of WHO DEY nation. I’m a laid back, easy-going individual with a competitive streak. Making analytical, data-driven decisions with a dash of outside the box thinking is what has always drawn me to marketing. It’s the perfect balance of structure and autonomy. At the end of the day, my beautiful wife, Alex and my smiley son, Hudson is what drives me to be better person both personally and professionally.

I’ve always gravitated towards creative outlets in my life. Whether it’s writing music, drawing or graphic design, continuous creativity keeps me sane and gives me something to be excited about everyday. Now-a-days, I have double the excitement in my life because I have three beautiful ladies that I get to go home to everyday. My daughters Bella, Brie and Wife Olivia are the best cheering squad I could ask for!
